Reservations are guaranteed only upon receipt of payment and return of signed rental agreement.

A deposit in advance is required.

For cancellation received within 15 days of reservation,  monies (less 10% handling charge) will be refunded only if the cottage is rebooked.

The Cottage is a Non-Smoking home. Please restrict smoking to outside areas in consideration of future guests.

Rates will be higher on Holidays/Special Events

$25.00 charge per night per guest for extra guests
(Maximum of 4 guests)

$20 per night pet fee & $250 deposit
$60.00 cleaning fee applied at end of stay
